REFUND POLICY

Due to high demand, we request that a nonrefundable deposit is paid before to book any appointments and to check our availability before paying such deposit. If you will be purchasing a package of services the package and/or the remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of your first appointment. Once you buy a package and have booked all your appointments in our system we will not give a refund if the patient misses a day or fails to reschedule their appointments. Once you book your appointments we have saved that slot for you and our business lost the opportunity to sell those spots to another potential customer. The client is made aware that the deposit is not refundable before the deposit is paid. If for any reason the client's surgery is canceled or rescheduled we can reschedule their appointments with no penalty to them if they do so within 3 months of their surgery being rescheduled. After three months, any payments made that were not used will expire. Any monies paid to Medical Massage Professionals is not refundable under any circumstance.   


WARRANTY

Payments and/or massage sessions have a warranty of three months prior to the original payment. After the three months have passed the payments and/or massages sessions are no longer valid.


LATE ARRIVAL 

Medical Massage Professionals is not a walk in clinic, our therapists work by appointments only. Arrival for your appointment should be 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time, this allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (For new clients), change and prepare for the service(s). If a late arrival is inevitable your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. The original treatment time will be charged. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. Calling ahead to let us know you will be late is appreciated but your appointment time will still be shortened.


BOOKING

The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of your first appointment. Once you book your appointments we have saved that slot for you and our business lost the opportunity to sell it to another potential client. The client was aware that the deposit was not refundable before the deposit was made. If for any reason the client's surgery is canceled or rescheduled, we can reschedule the appointments at no penalty to them if we are notified within three months of the original appointments. 


NO SHOW POLICY

Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. It is important that our massage therapists are compensated for reserved time slots. If the client misses or cancels their appointments we will not issue a refund. If the client misses two appointments and fails to contact us, we automatically cancel all remaining appointments.
