How to prepare for your session:
📅 All bookings will be granted based on availability.
💬 Reschedule requests must be received by text at least two hours before the initial appointment. Include a screenshot of the fee and three preferred dates for moving your appointment.
⏰ Please be punctual. If you can be on time, please be early. We open our door at 8 a.m. If we have agreed to see you before that time, please send a text message, and we will open it for you.
🚥 Check-in advance traffic conditions. Late arrivals will have the time deducted from their session.
🛑 No-shows and no-calls are big no-no. No-show sessions do not qualify for rescheduling. We will cancel the remaining sessions if you have booked a package or treatment. The monies paid are forfeited.
🅿️ Street parking is allowed if you do not block the mailbox or the neighbors’ driveway. Parking is permitted in our driveway. Please do not park or drive on the grass.
📵 No cell phones are allowed in the treatment area.
⛔ No companions, please. Due to COVID, only the patients are allowed on the premises. For post-op patients, the companions should please wait nearby.
🔞 Due to liability, nobody under 18 is permitted on the premises.
🕉️ Bring a good attitude. We will help you alleviate this and do our best to accomplish that. If your experience was less enjoyable elsewhere, please leave that behind before visiting us.
🤫 During your session, therapists must focus their energy on your well-being. Small talk is not necessary.
🚿 Areas to be treated should be clean, hair-free, and with no piercings. Underwear is mandatory.
🛍️ Patients are responsible for their personal belongings. Massage tables are stripped after each patient, and pads are disposed of.
